We are thrilled you are interested in being a member of the 2022 Summer Provisional Class with Junior League of Indianapolis!  Please complete the application below as the first step to becoming a member.  After you hit 'submit' you will receive a confirmation email to access your Prospective Member landing page.  Please make note of your username and password as you will need this to access your profile.

 Lowercase letters,
 Numbers,
 Special characters (Only . @ - _ are supported characters for usernames)

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must include:

At least one uppercase letter

At least one lowercase letter

At least one number

At least one special character (The @ symbol is not supported). Special characters cannot be used as the first character for your password.
